Play socially or improve

your game to play matches

Adults

T

here are also opportunities for Adults to play, whether they want to play socially or improve their game in order to play League matches.  The Coaching team offers a wide range of courses for all levels of player – from Beginners to Advanced.

BEGINNERS

A player who has never picked up a racket before or has played very little for fun.  These sessions would be for players who wish to learn more about the basic strokes and the game of tennis.

IMPROVERS

These players tend to know how to perform the basic strokes (forehand, backhand, volley and serve). These sessions would be focused on improving the quality and range of strokes and making players more tactically aware.

ADVANCED

For players who are able to play matches and are tactically aware. Sessions are planned to develop your skills and knowledge of the game.

There are several sessions that take place at the various clubs that cater for the above standards. There is the option of group or Individual lessons and hitting sessions. Also available are coaching opportunities for team players (Men’s & Ladies) in preparation for their tennis season.

Before starting a lesson please check out our code of conduct.

PLEASE NOTE:

If a tennis lesson needs to be cancelled/rearranged please give as much notice as possible out of courtesy for the coach so they have an opportunity to rearrange their work. A late cancellation can affect the rest of our working schedule. Therefore we will charge the full lesson fee for a lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
